About this course
This course teaches the business-analysis skills behind a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation. It is built to be uploaded into LearnDash as three lessons. Lesson 1 teaches you how to write clear, complete, and testable requirements. Lesson 2 teaches two techniques for eliciting those requirements from stakeholders in the first place. Lesson 3 teaches how to write a best-practice test plan that proves the system delivers those requirements.
Everything here is grounded in the requirement gathering workbook used on Dynatuners projects (the companion Excel file), which defines a single requirement formula, a sample set of well-formed requirements, a Dynamics 365 role-and-activity reference, and a worked warehouse-module example.
How the three lessons fit together
| Lesson | Title | Topics | Questions |
| 1 | Writing Effective Requirements | 3 topics | 80 questions |
| 2 | Requirement Elicitation Techniques | 3 topics | 50 questions |
| 3 | Writing a Best-Practice Test Plan | 2 topics | 20 questions |
| NOTE: Every quiz in this course is single-answer multiple choice, and the answer key for each quiz appears at the end of that topic. Lesson 1 centers on the requirement formula; Lesson 2 centers on how to run an elicitation session and ask questions that surface good requirements. |
