Description

Within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, the Sales Order Management module enables us to organize and track clients’ contact information and marketing efforts. Additionally, it allows us to manage all of the organization's sales order activities. Here, we may create our sales hierarchies, thereby classifying the products into more understandable categories. Additionally, we can initiate sales orders, handle order adjustments, and manage our regular pricing and discount masters. These transactions are subsequently sent to the Accounts Receivable module, completing the sales cycle. Configuring the Sales Order Management details is very straightforward. This mini-course covers all aspects of the sales process, from initiating a sales order to closing one.
